How To do a 4-Day Juice Detox

When you receive your box, place everything in the freezer. The night before starting your cleanse, take out 1 Wakey shot, 3 juices and 1 soup, and put it in the refrigerator to defrost overnight. Continue to do the same every night.

Day 1:

Kickstart your day with a Wakey Wakey electrolyte shot. Drink juice 1, 2, 3 during the day, and enjoy your soup for dinner.

Day 2:

Rise and shine! Out of all 4 days today might be the most challenging. Try not to give into your caffeine & sugar cravings.

Enjoy your Wakey shot early this morning, and drink juice 4, 5, & 6 during the day. There is a yummy soup waiting for you tonight.

Day 3:

Today you feel better than yesterday, but you are not so hungry anymore. You can do it! Start your day off with a Wakey shot, followed by juice 7,8, & 9 and tonight enjoy your soup.

Day 4:

Your soup is defrosted and you can’t wait to indulge. Tear the packet open, place it in a microwavable bowl, and heat it up for +-2:30 minutes.
