How to do a 5 Day Detox:

When you receive your box, place everything in the freezer. The night before starting your cleanse, take out 1 Wakey shot and 4 juices, and put it in the refrigerator to defrost overnight. Continue to do the same every night.

Day 1:

Kickstart your day with a Wakey Wakey electrolyte shot. Drink juice 1, 2, 3, and 4 throughout the day, and according to the specified time on each bottle. You can enjoy your tea anytime.

Day 2:

Rise and shine! Out of all 5 days, today might be the most challenging. Try not to give into your caffeine & sugar cravings.

Enjoy your Wakey shot early this morning, and drink juice 5, 6, 7, and 8 during the day.

Day 3:

Today you will feel better than yesterday, because you don’t feel so hungry anymore. Hang in there. Start your day off with a Wakey shot, followed by juice 9, 10, 11, and tonight juice 12.

Day 4:

Well done! Today you will feel wonderful! You will have heaps of energy. The end is in sight. You can do it! You know the drill, start with your Wakey shot early, and then juice 13, 14, 15, & 16 throughout the day.

Day 5:

Yay, your last day! Don’t you just feel amazing! You can be so proud of yourself! Enjoy your last Wakey shot, and end your detox with juice 17, 18, 19, &, 20.
