How to do a 7-day Detox:
When you receive your box, place everything in the freezer. The night before starting your cleanse, take out 1 Wakey shot, 3 juices & 1soup pouch, and put it in the refrigerator to defrost overnight. Continue to do the same every night.
Day 1:
Kickstart your day with a Wakey Wakey electrolyte shot. Drink juice 1, 2, 3 throughout the day and according to the specified time on each bottle. Enjoy your Heat&Eat Soup pouch for dinner time. You can enjoy your tea anytime.
Day 2:
Rise and shine! Out of all 7 days today might be the most challenging. Try not to give into your caffeine & sugar cravings.
Enjoy your Wakey shot early this morning, and drink juice 4, 5, 6 during the day. Again, enjoy a delicious soup for dinner.
Day 3:
Today you will feel better than yesterday, because you don’t feel so hungry anymore. Hang in there. Start your day off with a Wakey shot, followed by juice 7, 8, 9, and tonight a Heat&Eat Soup for dinner.
Day 4:
Well done! Today you will feel wonderful! You will have heaps of energy. You know the drill, start with your Wakey shot early, and then juice 10, 11, & 12 throughout the day. Prepare you Heat&Eat soup pouch and enjoy it for dinner.
Day 5:
You are getting closer to the end. These last few days will fly by, as your body is completely used to it by now. Enjoy your Wakey shot, and then juice 13, 14, 15, & Soup for dinner time.
Day 6:
2 more days to go! By now you will feel much lighter, no bloating, and squeaky clean! Start your day off with your Wakey shot, followed by juice 16, 17, 18, & dinner time soup pouch.
Day 7:
Yay, your last day! You can very proud of yourself, not many people come this far! You are one of the special ones. End your day with your Wakey shot and the last 3 juices! Enjoy the last Heat&Eat soup pouch of your 7Day Soup and Juice Cleanse.
